Souper Bowl grand champions LeeAnn and Addie Ashford show off their trophy on Thursday, Nov. 3, after their chili was chosen by judges as the best overall in the Carroll County Souper Bowl, a fundraiser presented by Anstaff Bank in conjunction with the annual Carroll County Super Bowl between the Berryville Bobcats and the Green Forest Tigers. The Green Forest Chamber of Commerce won the People’s Choice Award based on fans’ voting. Berryville School District Superintendent Owen Powell and Green Forest Superintendent Matt Summers accepted a check for $6,080 from Berryville economic development director Dean Lee representing Anstaff Bank.
