Tonya Williams, Berryville Shelter Insurance agent, recently recognized Eureka Springs High School senior Joseph Yarberry as the C4 Outstanding Student for the second nine weeks of the 2022-23 school year. Joseph is the son of Renae Yarberry. Joseph wants to operate a CNC milling machine and will be able to start training on the machine after Christmas break at the C4 facility.
