A vintage military helicopter could be spotted in the sky above the Tyson Foods plant in Berryville on Saturday, March 25. The helicopter, which appeared to be a Vietnam-era Sikorsky UH-34D — the kind used by the United States Marine Corps for a variety of missions in Vietnam. On Saturday, the helicopter was used to install exhaust fans on the roof of the Tyson plant.

Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge hosted its annual Kite Festival on Saturday, March 25. Participants of all ages were able to fly their own kites or build one with the help of experts from KaleidoKites of Eureka Springs.
