First Christian Church at 763 Passion Play Road in Eureka Springs is hosting a 14-week “GriefShare” session from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Eureka Springs’ new parks director officially began his duties this week. Sam Dudley, who served as the department’s trails coordinator for two years and recently was hired by the city’s Parks Commission, took over the role March 12.

Eureka Springs will hold its “2023 Spring Clean-Up” from 8 a.m. Monday, April 3, to 3 p.m.

The Eureka Springs Opera Guild will hold its annual meeting at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at Holiday Island Presbyterian Church, 111 Valley Drive in Holiday Island. The guild supports Opera in the Ozarks by volunteering during the opera season and raising money for scholarships to aid the talented musicians who perform every summer at Opera in the Ozarks. Membership in the Guild costs $15 per person, and the opportunities and rewards are many, including seeing a free opera by being an usher, serving a pasta dinner to the students and staff, who then entertain the Guild with beautiful music and a dress rehearsal of the Opera Outreach program.

The Blues are back in Eureka Springs! The Inaugural Eureka Springs Blues Party, a Blues, Rock and Funk Festival, is set to take place from June 1 to June 4 and promises to be an unforgettable four-day extravaganza.

Have you ever wondered if you could survive Wonderland? Kids ages 8 and up have a chance to see at the Berryville Library’s Spring Break Camp this year. Spring Break Camp will be held Monday through Friday, March 20-24.
