The Carroll County Board of Election Commissioners will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at the Carroll County Clerk’s Office to certify candidates for the 2021 Annual School Board Election.
Krewe du Kork held its annual fundraising dinner to benefit the Eureka Springs Historical Museum on Jan. 28 at the Basecamp Event Venue on Passion Play Road.
The Carroll County Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 202 W. Madison Ave. in Berryville. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Lunch is served at noon each weekday. The suggested donation for ages 60 and up is $4. There is a $6 charge for those under 60 and all carryout meals. Menus are subject to change.
Members of the Eureka Springs High School FBLA fared well in the District VI Conference competition held recently and will advance to state competition.
Answering the Call has delivered meals since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Originally designed to provide ready-to-heat meals for those with COVID-19 or in quarantine, the program expanded to meet the needs of the food-insecure in Carroll County.
