The Green Forest Tigers showed off their offensive punch in a 10-0 victory over Bergman on Tuesday, March 28, led by four goals from Boris Tobar and three from Diego Martinez. “I was impressed with my kids and the composure they kept throughout the game,” Green Forest coach Adam Richter said.

The Green Forest Tigers split a doubleheader against Bergman on Monday, March 27, bouncing back from an 11-4 loss in the opener to win the nightcap 15-5. Green Forest did the bulk of its damage in the third and fourth innings, scoring a combined 14 runs after falling behind 2-0.

The Green Forest Lady Tigers split two games last week. On Tuesday, March 28, the Lady Tigers lost to Shiloh Christian 6-0 in Springdale.

Senior Ava O’Gorek drove in four runs Saturday as the Berryville Lady Bobcats beat West Fork 10-1 in tournament play at Greenland. O’Gorek had three of Berryville’s nine hits, including a double and a triple.

A single goal made the difference on Monday, March 13, as the Green Forest Lady Tigers defeated the Berryville Lady Bobcats 1-0 at the Berryville Sports Complex. Kayla Lozano scored the game winner for the Lady Tigers in the matchup of Carroll County rivals.

The Green Forest Tigers dropped a doubleheader to West Fork on Monday, March 13, losing the opener 19-1 and the nightcap 11-0. But Green Forest coach Brandon Stone said the second game was much more competitive than the final score would indicate.
