The Greater Berryville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the continued sponsorship of the 40th Annual Berryville Ice Cream Social by Tyson Foods, the community’s largest employer and a long-standing partner in one of Berryville’s most cherished traditions.
Set for Friday and Saturday, June 12-13, the Ice Cream Social will once again bring thousands to the Historic Berryville Square for two days of family-friendly fun, live entertainment, local vendors and, of course, plenty of ice cream.
“We are so thankful for the Tyson team for supporting our town’s economy as well as the Chamber as we continue endeavors to promote the area as an outstanding place to live, work and play,” says Chamber Director Ashley Hinton, “I want to thank the whole Tyson management team as well as our liaison and Chamber President, Shauna Ricci, for this amazing support.”
Tyson Foods’ ongoing sponsorship plays a vital role in sustaining and growing the Ice Cream Social, allowing the Chamber to continue offering a
high-quality, free-to-attend event that celebrates community pride, local business, and Berryville’s rich traditions.
The Chamber also celebrates the return of Hiland Dairy as the official ice cream provider for the event. This year, Hiland is debuting a festive new flavor just for the occasion: Red, White and Boom, a refreshing blend of strawberry, vanilla and blueberry ice cream that captures the spirit of summer in every scoop. More than a seasonal flavor, Red, White & Boom reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to Folds of Honor, with a pledge to fund 50 academic scholarships of $5,000 each for the families of America’s fallen or disabled military and first responders.
“The Ice Cream Social is more than just an event, it’s a reflection of what makes Berryville special,” says Hinton. “With partners like Tyson Foods and Hiland Dairy, we’re able to keep this tradition strong for generations to come.”
The Berryville Ice Cream Social serves as a key fundraiser for the Chamber and supports year-round efforts to promote local businesses, community development, and economic growth throughout the region.
