Library offering free seeds to help Berryville Grow!

Posted

Are you tired of paying higher and higher grocery bills? Let the Berryville Public Library help you grow your own through their Berryville Grows! little free seed library.

During the first three months of the growing season, starting in March, the Berryville Public Library is offering free seed packets for vegetables that are appropriate for planting in this region at this time of year. This month’s cool weather seed packets include lettuce, spinach, carrot, radish, and kale.

The free seed packets can be picked up anytime during library hours at the Berryville Public Library, located at 104 Spring St. in Berryville. A new set of seeds will be available next month, so be sure to check back for more gardening opportunities.

For more information, please call the library at 870-423-2323.
