Semester Wrap-Up: Finish Strong!
The semester is quickly coming to a close, and these final days are an important time for students to demonstrate mastery of academic standards. Families, please encourage your student to finish strong. If you have any questions or concerns about grades or progress, don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher—we’re here to help.
Christmas Break & Return Dates

Fine Arts Spotlight Christmas Choir Concert
Join us for the Christmas Choir Concert at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, in the Performing Arts Center. Come support the Bobcat Choir and director Cole Moix for a festive evening of music!
Elementary & Intermediate Updates Berryville Elementary School Store (Launching next semester) Berryville Elementary will have a school store up and running next semester! Students will shop using “Bobcat Bucks,” which they can earn by:
• Being present at school (1 Bobcat Buck)
• Being office referral-free (1 Bobcat Buck) Students will shop once a month in the school store for essentials using their Bobcat Bucks.
Dr. Jill Schowe, elementary principal, shared: “We are putting this in place to help us meet our goal for daily attendance and to reduce our discipline. We are very excited to see the results of this incentive.”
More information will be shared when school resumes next semester.
Christmas Parade & 3rd Grade Musical
Berryville Intermediate staff and students had a great time participating in the Christmas Parade on Saturday evening. Thank you to everyone who helped build the float and represented our school so well—students had a wonderful time!

Middle School Highlights
FBLA Community Service Project: Community Champions for Kids (CCFK) The Middle School FBLA chapter is leading an amazing community service project called Community Champions for Kids (CCFK). This project supports students in foster care by collecting anonymous information about each student and providing gifts for holidays, birthdays or encouragement during the year.We appreciate the dedication of our FBLA members and sponsors and the positive difference they are making for students in our community.
High School & Athletics Updates Cheer Team Victory!
Congratulations to the Senior High Cheer Team for winning their competition last weekend in Van Buren! The squad defeated Ozark, the three-time defending champions. We’re proud of our cheerleaders and coaches — great job! We are also celebrating the Lady Bobcat basketball team for finishing second in the Blue Eye tournament last weekend, too.

• Junior Boys: 5 p.m., Senior High Boys will follow Both the senior high girls and boys are competing in the Green Forest Holiday Basketball Tournament this week:
• Girls vs. Huntsville — 3:30 p.m. Thursday
• Boys vs. Galena, Mo. — 5 p.m. Thursday
Holiday Hoops Tournament
The Holiday Hoops Basketball Tournament will be held Dec. 29 – Dec. 31 at the Bobcat Arena. If you’re available during the break, come out and cheer on the Bobcats and Lady Bobcats!
