Hazel June Parker of Berryville, Arkansas was born June 7, 1946, in Rudd to William and Ella (Burks) Fultz. Hazel passed away January 26, 2025, in Berryville at the age of 78.

She loved to play the piano and started playing at church at an early age. Hazel could play any instrument she picked up. She loved to cook and loved hotrods and to race them.

Hazel is survived by her children, Norma Epley and husband Jeff, Jeff Parker and wife Patti, Jim Parker and wife Katie; brothers, James Fultz, Junior Fultz; special friend, Ron Youngblood; 13 grandchildren, a multitude of great-grandchildren, along with other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by parents, William and Ella Fultz; husband, J.D. Parker; sisters, Jamima Gehl, Joyce Kriesel, Jenetta Murphy; brother, Jewel Fultz. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., January 31, 2025, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jerry Spurlock and Pastor Josh Shields officiating. Burial will follow at Gobbler Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Gobbler Cemetery, c/o Kathy Bunch, 914 CR 501, Berryville, AR 72616. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
